4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free shipping on orders above a specified value, as communicated on the Website from time to time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details via email and/or SMS, allowing you to track your order until delivery.

6. Packaging & Security

Given the value of jewellery items, all orders are securely and discreetly packaged, and — where applicable — shipped with insurance coverage against loss or damage in transit. A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value shipments.

7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the shipment, our courier partner may make additional attempts or return the shipment to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept the delivery, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopaurejewellery@gmail.com so we can assist you promptly.
