1. Cancellation by You

• You may cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier, by contacting us at shopaurejewellery@gmail.com or +91 90302 92200 with your order number.
• Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may instead request a return once the item is delivered, subject to our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
• Orders for customised or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, as these are created specifically for you.

2. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

• The product ordered is out of stock or unavailable.
• Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information on the Website.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
• Inability to verify or deliver to the shipping address provided.

In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process a full refund, where payment has already been made.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation is approved, the full order amount (including any shipping charges collected) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
